Please read the following instructions on what to do at the IEC in the event of a threat or emergency:
✅ Upon arrival at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC), familiarize yourself with the signs indicating the location of the civil defence shelter. If you are unable to locate the shelter, please ask the Organizers or IEC security staff for assistance.
✅ Follow alerts from the IEC public warning system or the Kyiv Digital app.
✅ During an air raid alert, follow the instructions provided by the exhibition Organizers and security staff.
✅ If an air raid alert is announced, immediately leave your stand or the area where you are at that moment. Take your documents, personal belongings and, most importantly, your Participant Badge, which serves as your admission pass to the exhibition.
✅ Follow the designated evacuation routes and signs to the shelter located in the basement of Pavilion № 1, Entrances 1A and 1C of the International Exhibition Centre. You may remain there safely until the air raid alert is over.
✅ During an air raid alert, security staff will control the entrance doors and allow people to exit the pavilion only. Visitors arriving during the alert will only be permitted to enter the shelter.
✅ The Organizers, together with security staff, will inspect the exhibition area to ensure that all exhibitors, visitors and Organizers’ staff have left the pavilion and proceeded to the shelter.
✅ You may leave the shelter and return to the pavilion only after the official all-clear signal and upon specific instructions from the Organizers.
✅ After the all-clear signal, exhibitors must return to their stands within 15 minutes and present their Participant Badge at the entrance.
✅ Visitors will be allowed to re-enter the exhibition 20 minutes after the all-clear signal, upon presentation of their Visitor Badge
